Job summary

Autotec in Alabama is seeking a customer support representative to handle 25+ calls daily for AuctionACCESS. You will process dealer/auction data, verify information with high quality, and provide routine and non-standard assistance. Escalation and meticulous documentation are essential.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask. Automotive or auction experience and Spanish fluency are a plus. On-site position in English Village, AL.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and data entry ability.
• Able to manage multiple tasks.
• Call center or automotive/auction experience is a plus.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer 25+ calls per day and provide exceptional service.
• Process and verify data from dealers and auctions.
• Monitor quality of documents and enter missing information into AuctionACCESS.
• Assist customers with routine and non-standard questions about the system.
• Escalate issues to Team Leader/Manager and log problems or software bugs.
• Use phone tracking software to log activity and progress.
• Serve as first line contact for hardware troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with coworkers and backup teammates as needed.

Summary:Answer incoming calls from auctions and dealers who subscribe to AuctionACCESS. Charged with providing exceptional service on routine matters. Answer 25+ calls per day and maintain appropriate system notes and documentation.
