Qualifications

• Experience handling inquiries and scheduling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer communications across phone, email, SMS, web inquiries, and chat.
• Schedule service visits, estimates, and installations with accuracy.
• Capture leads and support conversions to booked appointments.
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations to ensure timely service.
