Job summary

BOOMERS SPORTS BOOK LLC in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a PART-TIME REPRESENTATIVE to join our Customer Support Team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering timely, knowledgeable, and friendly assistance across multiple channels from an office in the Southwest area.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of recent call center experience in hospitality, plus the ability to learn new technologies and obtain a Nevada gaming registration.

• Scheduling flexibility to work 4pm-10pm, holidays, and weekends is expected.
