Job summary

BOOMERS SPORTS BOOK LLC in Las Vegas is seeking a PART-TIME REPRESENTATIVE for our customer support team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely, knowledgeable, and friendly support across multiple channels from our Southwest Las Vegas office.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of recent call center experience in sports betting, gaming, or hospitality, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to obtain a Nevada gaming registration.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Join our Customer Support Team as a PART-TIME REPRESENTATIVE (call center). You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely, knowledgeable, and friendly support across multiple channels.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of recent call center experience in the sports betting, gaming, or hospitality industry required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada gaming registration.
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with customer service software and good computer skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit at a computer workstation and answer calls for an 8+ hour shift.

This is a part-time position, in an office, located in the Southwest area of Las Vegas.

Scheduling flexibility to work any shift, holidays, and weekends is expected.
