Job summary

BOOMERS SPORTS BOOK LLC in Las Vegas is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our call center team. You will be the first point of contact for players, delivering timely, knowledgeable and friendly support across multiple channels as sports betting remains dynamic.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in a call center within sports betting or hospitality, and the ability to learn new tech quickly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of recent call center experience in sports betting, gaming, or hospitality required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada gaming registration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Join a dynamic team at a fast-growing sports wagering company as a Customer Support Representative (call center). You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely, knowledgeable, and friendly support across multiple channels.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of recent call center experience in the sports betting, gaming, or hospitality industry required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada gaming registration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with customer service software and good computer skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit at a computer workstation and answer calls for an 8+ hour shift.
• This is a full-time position, in an office, located in the Southwest area of Las Vegas.
• Scheduling flexibility to work any shift, holidays, and weekends due to the sports calendar is expected.
