Fred Astaire Dance Studios is excited to expand our team! We are currently hiring a Customer Support Representative – Front Desk Associate. This role is crucial to the client, staff, and studio experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting students daily, answering questions about their accounts and studio activities, and maintaining organized information to support management and staff. A love for people and building rapport is essential, as you will also engage with potential new clients and share how dance can enhance their lives.
