This position will be responsible for communicating Product Improvement Plan (PIP) information between the factories and the client Dealers.Entry level candidates are ok here. Soft skills are most important (good communication skills by email or phone; proactive; willing to learn).Will use ServiceNow but this can be taught.Should be capable of learning software applications.

• Effective writing skills, including grammatical usage, pervasive copy, and style
• Work experience in a team environment
• Should have demonstrated work experience in a Customer Service-related field
• Must have high level of attention to detail
