The IAPP is seeking a Customer Support Representative in Portsmouth, NH. You will be the primary point of contact for members, answering inquiries via email and phone, and initiating membership renewals and follow-up communications as needed.
Two remote days are allowed within a three-day-per-week in-office hybrid schedule at our Portsmouth, NH location. The role also involves supporting the Membership & Customer Support team with administrative tasks and maintaining customer records.
The Customer Support Representative serves as a primary point of contact for members of the IAPP by answering customer inquiries via email and phone, as well as initiating membership renewal and/or inquiry follow-up calls or correspondence to customers and members as needed.
