Job summary

ARDEX Americas is seeking a Customer Support Representative at our Center Township, PA headquarters to respond to inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance. You will help track shipments and support customer relationships across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.

Ideal candidates have some customer service experience, a positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum completed High School Diploma.
• Experience in a customer service-based role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Process customer orders and assist with invoices.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance teams.

We are seeking a CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE to join our team at our corporate headquarters located at 400 Ardex Park Drive, Center Township, PA 15001.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Process customer orders and assist with invoices.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance teams.
• Help track shipments and resolve delivery questions.
• Support relationships with our customers across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America

Required Experience
