The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a keyrole in attracting, hiring, and onboarding exceptional talent acrossARDEX Americas. This position is responsible for coordinating allaspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewingcandidates to supporting new hire onboarding and orientation. Inaddition, the role provides administrative support for employeedevelopment, engagement, and People & Culture initiatives,helping create a positive experience for candidates and employees alike.
Located at our woodland campus complete with walking trails andfree parking - 400 ARDEX Park Drive, Center Township, PA 15001.Standard office hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with flexible workinitiatives available following a successful training period. What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for hourly andsalaried positions across ARDEX Americas, partnering with hiringmanagers to attract and hire top talent.
- Represent ARDEX at career fairs, technical schools, colleges,and community recruiting events, building talent pipelines andpromoting ARDEX as an employer of choice.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies, leverage social mediaand professional networks, and support employer brandinginitiatives to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, coordinateinterview processes, and provide hiring managers with candidaterecommendations and interview feedback.
- Prepare employment offers and maintain regular communicationwith candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
- Coordinate pre-employment activities including backgroundchecks, reference checks, employment verifications, and onboardingrequirements in compliance with company and legal standards.
- Administer onboarding activities for new hires across theU.S., Canada, and Mexico, including orientation schedules,employee orientations, and new hire support.
- Maintain recruitment, onboarding, and employee records withinHRIS and applicant tracking systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support employee engagement, development, recognitionprograms, training events, and other People & Culture initiatives.
- Prepare reports, track recruiting metrics, and provideadministrative support to the HR team on special projects andbusiness initiatives.

- 1+ years of recruitment experience, including candidateinterviewing and coordination
- Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting activities andonboarding processes
- Experience working with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to managemultiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and partner effectively withhiring managers, candidates, and employees at all levels
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment compliancepractices preferred
- Social media recruiting and employer branding experience is a plus
- High attention to detail, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and follow-up skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel,PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively toa collaborative team environment
- A proactive, adaptable, customer-service focused approach witha strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and willingness to undertake occasionallocal travel

Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business,Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel -mostly locally
