Blueberry Medical PA is seeking a Customer Support Representative to deliver a reliable, high-quality experience across phone, email, and chat in a remote, fast-paced environment.

You will support patients and doctors, follow established workflows, and document interactions to ensure continuity of care. This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility for shifts, and clear communication to uphold SLAs.

Qualifications

• Prior customer support experience (phone, email, or chat) required.
• Experience in remote or structured support environments is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple conversations at once.
• Reliability including punctuality and ownership of scheduled shifts.
• Attention to detail in documentation and task execution.
• Comfort working in a structured environment with defined processes.
• Adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
