Job summary

Credit One Bank in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Operations Representative II to ensure professional, courteous customer service and efficient resolution of issues requiring higher processing. You will guide and support CS staff, reference policies, and maintain product knowledge across Credit One's services.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service, strong communication, solid MS Office skills, and the ability to learn CAS, CAPS, FDR, and related tools quickly.

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of Customer Service-related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Great computer skills with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to prioritize assignments and follow up on delegated responsibilities.
• Excellent working knowledge of FDR, CAS, Retrievals, Credit Bureau Reports, Cardholder Account Maintenance, Online fee adjustment and PPS preferred. Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate an excellent understanding of all types of functions in Customer Service.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards internal and external customers.
• Navigate through FDR, CAS systems and handle all CS call types including escalations.
• Analyze account holder questions and provide clear, concise answers.
• Review letter quality for grammar and ensure all Cardholder questions are addressed.
• Assist staff through coaching and support as needed.
