Job summary

RIM logistics, ltd. in Los Angeles seeks a full-time manager to oversee retention, growth and operational excellence between RIM and our customers.

You will manage the day-to-day of assigned accounts, ensure client satisfaction, support and meet targets defined by the organizational sales strategy, and maintain strong service across teams. The role requires knowing and adhering to RIM’s Quality policy and upholding quality standards, and conforming to policies and procedures.

Salary Range: $75,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually

This position is responsible for the retention, growth, and operational excellence between RIM and our customers. Responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, support and meeting targets established by organizational sales strategy, maintain exceptional levels of service through cross functional channels and support/implement other improvements within the Branch Business Development Group as required. This position will be required to know and adhere to RIM’s Quality policy and uphold quality standards as well as conform to policies and procedures.
