One of our companies is currently looking for a Customer Support Executive in the United States.

This role offers a chance to be the frontline of customer engagement in a fast-paced, globally expanding B2B marketplace. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues through live chat, WhatsApp, and email. Your work will ensure a smooth user experience across logistics, orders, and platform functionality, while also acting as the internal advocate for customers. You’ll collaborate across departments and be empowered to help improve support processes and customer satisfaction metrics. The position is fully remote and follows a Saturday–Wednesday schedule, with flexible shift options in CST or PST.

Accountabilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through live chat, WhatsApp, and email
  • Resolve issues related to orders, logistics, website bugs, and user experience
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments, championing customer needs
  • Adapt quickly to new product updates and process changes
  • Track performance using KPIs such as resolution time and response rate
  • Take initiative in setting personal performance goals to contribute to team success
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in online customer support, preferably using live chat platforms
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage support across various tools
  • Proactive mindset with a customer-first attitude and problem-solving approach
  • Clear, assertive communication skills to represent customer feedback internally
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
  • Fully remote role with flexible working hours (CST or PST)
