What is the Role?
At Creative Force, the Support team works directly with customers every day, solving problems and uncovering insights that shape our product. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first line of contact for customers, primarily through live chat (with additional support via email). You will troubleshoot issues in real time, help customers get unstuck quickly and confidently, and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Technical Success to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email, delivering fast, friendly, and effective solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing clear, actionable steps.
- Manage multiple conversations simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, escalating complex issues and following up on progress.
- Document troubleshooting sessions, create Help Center articles, and share feedback that improves the product.
Important Requirements
- Based in the United States and available to work between 11:00 am and 8:00 pm PDT.
- Excellent written communication skills; must be clear, concise, and empathetic in chat.
- Structured problem‑solving ability with a calm, methodical approach.
- Customer‑mindful with strong relationship‑building skills.
- Comfortable collaborating across distributed teams and time zones.
