Position: Customer Support Engineer - eTerra, Outage Assist, Storm Assist, S6 SCADA

Location: Melbourne, FL

Remote: Completely Remote

Position Description

Experience Required: 7-10 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in installing, analyzing, and troubleshooting e-terra DMS and related products.
  • Experience in modeling various electrical devices.
  • Able to troubleshoot issues using a variety of tools.
  • Diagnose and resolve intermediate to advanced issues with troubleshooting methods.
  • Knowledge of Transmission and Distribution electrical grids.
  • Familiarity with User Interface, SCADA, and Modeling tools.
  • Experience installing, maintaining, or supporting GE e-terra EMS products.
  • Knowledge of NERC CIP Standards.
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, IP addressing, routing, LAN, DNS, Active Directory, firewalls.
