Job summary

Slice in North Macedonia is hiring a Customer Support Representative to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, respond to emails using templates, and provide accurate Slice information to customers and pizzerias. You will join a collaborative team and support daily operations with a focus on fast, helpful resolutions.

This is a full-time role with three shifts per week (mostly afternoon and night shifts), including weekends and holidays, plus a comprehensive training and onboarding

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English (minimum B2 level).
• Able to handle high volume calls with professionalism.
• Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer and pizzeria calls.
• Respond to and create emails using provided templates.
• Provide accurate Slice information and respond to customer questions and complaints promptly.
• Make refund or promo code decisions as part of the team.
