What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to and resolve incoming messages, calls, and tickets from patients and team members in a timely manner
- Provide personalized support for potential patients to help them understand services offered
- Manage incoming referrals and assist patients in collecting onboarding information
- Support the clinical team with various administrative functions and ensure smooth communication
- Proactively update patients on the status of their inquiries and actions needed from them
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer support role within hospitality or healthcare
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales or outbound call engagement experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Drive, especially Excel or Sheets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent problem-solving abilities
