What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage day-to-day therapist questions and requests through a shared mailbox and member support across multiple channels (SMS, phone, emails)
- Provide support to therapists to ensure success along their treatment journey
- Bring feedback and share insights with the team on common themes expressed by therapists
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvements
- Document knowledge bases/saved responses for better serving patients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Experience in customer service or related field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare or telehealth environment
- Familiarity with CRM software or customer support platforms
- Previous experience managing customer inquiries across multiple channels
