Job Description

We are seeking a customer service-oriented individual to ensure a high level of service support to Evolution Gaming clients and end-users, following relevant training.

  • Monitoring and assisting through Live Chat and ticketing systems
  • Performing technical investigations of various queries
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues
  • Coordinating case resolution with internal teams
  • Multitasking according to daily priorities
  • Resolving requests from clients and end-users
Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in customer support (preferred)
  • Fluent English skills (spoken and written, C1 level)
  • Fluent Italian skills (spoken and written)
  • Stress tolerance and attention to detail
  • Self-confidence and ability to make independent decisions
  • Additional languages (Turkish, German, Dutch) are a plus
