The Customer Success Director is a trusted advisor for Cloud Range customers, guiding them from sales handover through onboarding, product optimization, and ongoing engagement and expansion. You’ll foster relationships that encourage product adoption, deliver maximum ROI, and ensure a seamless experience, ultimately making a customer’s job easier. The CSD collaborates closely with Sales, Product, Training, and Support teams to meet and exceed customer needs, advocate on their behalf, and drive renewals and growth. This role also includes the opportunity to build and scale a team to enhance Cloud Range’s customer success initiatives as the company grows.
