Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in client support, after-sales service, or data analytics.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems.

• Willing to work on US time schedule, Monday–Friday.
• Experience with Zoho CRM/Desk or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, solution-oriented client support via email, chat, and web/phone.
• Manage support tickets and track resolution progress.
• Meet or exceed response time SLAs.
• Onboard new clients and activate features.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base and FAQs.
• Build strong client relationships and advocate for the client.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
