Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office, JD Edwards and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage new order requests, quote requests, and RMA requests from OTR.
• Enter purchase orders in the JDE system with accuracy.
• Respond to escalated customer service concerns to resolve issues.
• Meet department metrics and deadlines in a process-driven environment.
• Balance speed with customer obsession under pressure.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes.
