Why Join Facility Grid?
Are you currently working for an MEP contractor, managing the installation of equipment and systems, handling quality control, and buried in paper forms and spreadsheet trackers?
Or maybe you work for a general contractor, coordinating MEP trades and struggling to manage QA/QC workflows across multiple subcontractors — all in Excel?
If you’ve lived that frustration, Facility Grid has built the solution you always wished you had. We’re hiring a Customer Success Specialist who knows the jobsite realities and is ready to help others ditch the spreadsheets and streamline MEP QA/QC with powerful, field-tested technology.
About Facility Grid
Facility Grid is a trusted QA/QC and Cx platform used on projects ranging from $50 million to $8 billion in value. We serve general contractors, trade contractors, building owners, and commissioning providers working in critical sectors like data centers, hospitals, life sciences, and airports.
With over 12 years in business, we blend the energy of a startup with the trust of a proven partner. We’re backed by a strong client base, committed to continuous improvement, and positioned for significant growth. Our culture is collaborative and low on hierarchy — every team member plays a critical role in shaping our success.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & QA/QC Workflow Training
Onboard general contractors and MEP trade partners, with a focus on installation workflows, QA/QC documentation, and field-level punch list tracking
Deliver hands-on training sessions using real-world jobsite examples from MEP coordination, inspection processes, and closeout preparation
Collaborate with internal teams to build training materials based on asset installation sequencing, issue resolution workflows, and field documentation practices
Help Clients Move from Spreadsheets to Software
Guide contractors in replacing manual checklists and Excel trackers with a centralized QA/QC platform
Demonstrate how Facility Grid simplifies equipment tracking, test result logging, issue closeout, and system readiness
Serve as a resource for clients transitioning from legacy tools to tech that supports field accountability and team coordination
Field Insights & Product Feedback Loop
Gather structured feedback from project engineers, superintendents, and MEP coordinators on what works — and what doesn’t — in the field
Share insights with the product and engineering teams to help shape new features and improve usability
Contribute to report and dashboard design to ensure real jobsite relevance, not just office-friendly visuals
Build Trust with Jobsite Teams
Build credibility and strong working relationships with contractors by “speaking their language” and understanding how work really happens on-site
Act as the go-to advisor for QA/QC coordination, helping teams stay aligned on deliverables, inspections, and asset readiness
Visit job sites to maintain a strong connection to client needs and evolving field practices
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You…
Come from the MEP Contractor Side:
Have led or supported the installation of equipment and systems in the field
Are hands-on with QA/QC signoffs, punch list closeouts, and field documentation
Know the frustration of chasing paper forms, inconsistent logs, and scattered issue reports
Or Come from a General Contractor Background:
Manage or coordinate MEP trade partners on complex commercial or mission-critical builds
Have spent too many hours cleaning up spreadsheets or consolidating QA/QC data from emails, drives, and field notes
Are ready to help teams move from manual chaos to software clarity — and be the one who makes that transition easier
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years direct MEP field experience with trade contractors or GCs
Deep understanding of QA/QC workflows, issue logs, and system-level signoffs
Ability to translate jobsite processes into software guidance
Excellent communication, presentation, and field-to-office collaboration skills
Proficiency with Excel, dashboards, or CRM tools
Willingness to travel to client sites
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Facility Grid, Procore, BIM 360, or similar platforms
Familiarity with Agile/SaaS product environments or providing software feedback
Exposure to mission-critical environments (e.g., hospitals, data centers)
Make an Impact Where It Matters Most
Use your firsthand jobsite experience to help fix the pain points you’ve lived — from disorganized QA/QC logs to never-ending spreadsheet chaos. At Facility Grid, you’ll help project teams get it right the first time, with tools built for how construction really happens.
Shape the future of MEP execution by turning field-tested workflows into powerful software solutions
Work directly with top GCs and trade contractors on high-stakes projects ranging from $50M to $8B
Be a trusted voice from the field — we build product features based on your real-world insight, not office theory
Join a low-ego, high-impact team that values problem-solvers, not buzzwords
Work remotely with flexibility to visit job sites, stay connected to construction, and see your impact firsthand
