Job summary

Establishment Labs seeks a Customer Success Representative to deliver world-class service to medical device customers and field sales agents. You will handle inbound calls and emails, process orders, returns, and pricing inquiries, and maintain cases in Salesforce for timely resolution.

You will collaborate with Finance, Shipping, and Sales to ensure accurate order processing and proactive communication with internal partners and external customers. On-site position in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years customer service experience, preferably in medical devices or pharma.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with Salesforce and SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Comply with SOPs, policies, and guidelines.
• Process customer requests including orders, returns, pricing inquiries, and account questions.
• Respond to order status inquiries and product availability questions.
• Create and maintain cases in Salesforce for service-related activity with timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Finance, Customer Master, Post Market Surveillance, Shipping/Warehouse, and Sales.
• Facilitate the returns process for all order types as needed.
• Process order requests for Flash Program, Direct Sale, Warranty, and Consignment Billing with replenishment.
