Future Form Brands is a Los Angeles-based apparel company seeking a Customer Success Specialist for our flagship women's athleisure brand, GLOWIE. This full-time, on-site role is based in Vernon, California, and focuses on delivering exceptional post-sale support to boutique and wholesale customers.

You will coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse, and Operations to ensure accurate order processing, timely fulfillment, and a high level of customer service.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of customer service or wholesale apparel experience.
• Experience in women's fashion is strongly preferred.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Process wholesale and e-commerce orders accurately within our ERP system (N41).

• Manage returns, exchanges, credits, and customer follow-up.
• Proactively communicate order updates and potential delays to customers.
• Send product information, line sheets, and marketing materials to customers as needed.

• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-up when needed.

GLOWIE is a fast-growing women's athleisure brand based in Los Angeles. We partner with boutiques, specialty retailers, and national accounts across the United States to develop trend-forward apparel with exceptional quality and service.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Customer Success Specialist who is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience while keeping our operations running smoothly.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Vernon, California.

About the Role

As the Customer Success Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our boutique and wholesale customers after the sale. You'll help ensure every customer receives exceptional service by managing order inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, resolving issues quickly, and keeping customers informed throughout the order process.

You'll work closely with Sales, Production, Warehouse, and Operations to make sure orders are processed accurately and customers receive the level of service GLOWIE is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for inbound customer emails and phone calls

• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

• Send product information, line sheets, and marketing materials to customers as needed
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, customer success, account support, or wholesale apparel experience
• Women's fashion or apparel industry experience strongly preferred
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑first mindset
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience with the N41 ERP systems is a plus
• Experience processing orders from Faire and FashionGo
• Positive attitude with a collaborative, team‑oriented approach
