Description

• Prioritize support tickets and respond promptly
• Join Zoom calls to diagnose issues and educate users
• Collaborate with Engineering to relay customer feedback and requests
• Analyze daily usage metrics to understand user behavior
• Engage accounts based on user activity
• Create Intercom campaigns to educate and engage users
• Work with Sales on onboarding, training, and renewals

As the face of our company to customers, your responsibilities also include:

• Updating knowledge base and creating training videos
• Shaping our product roadmap based on customer feedback
• Maintaining internal company wikis

Our customers are global, with most contacts between 10am-6pm EST (UTC-5).

Requirements

MUST HAVES

• 1-2+ years of customer support and account management experience
• Technical troubleshooting skills and quick learner
• Excellent written communication skills (email, Slack, chat)
• Highly organized and self-motivated

BONUS NICE-TO-HAVES

• Experience at a startup or SaaS company
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Intercom or similar tools
• Knowledge of Chrome Extensions
