Your Role as a Customer Success Representative

As a key member of our team, you’ll:

• Engage with clients by responding to inbound requests and inquiries about financial products such as Indexed Universal Life policies, annuities, and life insurance.
• Present tailored solutions by understanding customer needs and delivering customized product presentations via phone or video calls.
• Build relationships and develop long-term connections with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Achieve sales goals by meeting or exceeding targets within established timeframes.
• Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to drive success and improve customer outcomes.
