CentroGIF is seeking a Customer Service Representative & Production Scheduler to solve problems, build customer relationships, and coordinate operations to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role balances customer needs with production capacity, material availability, and business priorities, serving as the main contact for customers and helping create production schedules that support safe, efficient manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing production scheduling, customer service, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer relationship skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary customer contact regarding orders, delivery schedules, product changes, and inquiries.
• Build strong customer relationships through timely, professional communication.
• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize operations.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, materials, and business unit leaders on schedule changes and priorities.
• Monitor future production requirements and support capacity planning.
