NWU is seeking a motivated student to help analyze and document internal and external processes affecting customer success. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify pain points and build backlogs of feedback for improvement.

You will partner with digital production teams to ensure on-time, within-budget execution, and help craft clear communication strategies with business partners. Pursuing a bachelor's in a digital or tech field, you should value thoroughness and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a digital or technology-related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Knowledge of agile development theory and practice (experience a plus).
• Experience managing projects from concept through completion.
• Knowledge of API, EDI, and Salesforce applications.
• Ability to solve challenging and complex requests.
• Attention to thoroughness and detail.
• Experience with B2B processes.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and document internal and external processes and technologies impacting customer success and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with key functional owners and stakeholders to identify and document customer pain points.
• Produce, manage, and prioritize backlogs of critical customer feedback and improvement areas.
• Partner with internal and external digital production teams to ensure successful, on-time, and in-budget project execution.
• Build effective internal and external communication strategies in partnership with business partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
