Responsibilities include managing orders, negotiating pricing, coordinating with suppliers, tracking shipments, and supporting billing and inventory. You will collaborate across departments to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; high school diploma required.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution operations; 2+ years in related roles preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer orders, changes, and cancellations via phone, fax, or other channels.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and shipping charges with customers.
• Identify non-stock vendors; coordinate pricing and delivery with suppliers and purchasing.
