This remote contract role as a Customer success / support operations Evaluator pays $80–$120 per hour and requires 5+ years in the field. You will evaluate AI artifacts against quality rubrics and provide structured feedback to improve model performance.

You will work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure dataset consistency across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Customer success / support operations.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.
• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution.
