Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Healthcare Operations Evaluator for a remote contract role. You will evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain rubrics, identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors, and provide structured feedback to improve AI model performance.

Requirements include 5+ years in Healthcare operations, native or professional fluency in English, and high proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Position: Healthcare operations Evaluator
Type: Contract
Compensation: $80–$120/hour
Location: Remote
