What You’ll Do:
  • Be a Trusted Partner: Build meaningful, long-term relationships with your customer portfolio by deeply understanding their needs and business objectives.
  • Drive Success: Empower customers by driving adoption, increasing engagement, and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Deliver Value: Share best practices, showcase new features, connect customers with internal experts, and ensure they're getting the most out of our product.
  • Stay Organized: Maintain up-to-date Success Plans in Salesforce and our Customer Success Portal. Conduct regular business reviews and continuously seek feedback for improvement.
What You Bring:
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills – you’re empathetic, proactive, and solution-focused.
  • Proven ability to listen actively, negotiate confidently, and present with clarity and impact.
  • A track record of driving product adoption and delivering results in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce and customer success platforms (bonus if you’ve worked with tech-focused or SaaS companies).
