We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to work with some of our largest customers in the US to drive growth and maximise the value we deliver to them. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-scaling, dynamic company where you will own and drive strategic relationships with your customers. The role will report to the Customer Success Area Manager - US and will run the entire Customer Success process for their portfolio of customers.

In this role, you will get to:

  • Run the entire Customer Success process: Onboarding, Adoption, Renewal and expansion.
  • Value delivery: Deliver value in every interaction by sharing recommendations, benchmarks, & best practices to ensure your customers are maximising the value. Conduct regular Business Reviews to ensure they’re achieving their desired outcomes. Challenge and inspire customers to elevate their growth by sharing recommendations, backed up by data
  • Relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with stakeholders, ensuring that they enjoy working with us. Collaborate with the right people across multiple teams and engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic planning: Gain an understanding of each Customer’s strategy, objectives & current challenges. Create success plans that outline a clear, measurable path to achieving each customer’s desired results.
  • Internal voice of the customer: collect and channel feedback to our Product team to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Deliver customer advocacy in the form of case studies, webinars and references.
  • Proactively identify & manage churn risk, as well as upsell & cross-sell opportunities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operation, Product, and Support teams to ensure a unified approach to customer success.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilise data analytics to assess customer health and proactively focus on adoption gaps to ensure these are addressed as quickly and effectively as possible. Quickly get to grips with the Customer Health Score, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation. Provide regular reports and insights to internal teams and customers.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • With the ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams across the organisation.
  • You are proficient with data analytics tools, preferably previous experience with Tableau as well as google tools, spreadsheets, and data visualizations.
  • Capability to develop, review and guide quantitative and qualitative analysis to assist with decision-making issues.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • The capability to balance multiple priorities and work streams at once.
  • The eagerness to learn quickly to jump in and help solve problems.

Experience/Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or similar
  • Ideally, 3 - 5 years of experience in account management, consulting, sales, business development, or other growth-focused roles

Physical Requirements:

  • Office work.
  • Movement ability to frequent usage of wrists, hands and finger dexterity to movements such as constant typing.
  • Ability to travel at least 30% of the time.
  • Occasional lifting of items with weight up to 70 lbs.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000
