About The Role

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will own strategic relationships with top enterprise customers, driving product adoption, retention, and growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor, leading technical discovery, guiding implementation, and delivering business value. Balancing technical expertise with strong executive communication, you will align customer goals with Arkose Labs’ solutions, manage stakeholder expectations, and influence outcomes to ensure long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary strategic partner and point of contact for enterprise customers
  • Lead technical discovery and intake sessions independently, understanding customer architectures and cloud environments
  • Guide customers through solution implementation and optimization without relying on constant engineering support
  • Manage executive-level relationships and influence adoption of recommendations
  • Align Arkose Labs solutions with customer goals, drive adoption, and proactively mitigate churn risk
  • Collaborate with sales to identify and pursue expansion opportunities
  • Deliver insights and demonstrate value through reporting, consultation, and thought leadership
  • Customize guidance based on deep industry knowledge to meet customer-specific needs

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solution Consulting, or related technical client-facing roles
  • Strong understanding of web applications, cloud infrastructure, and modern development stacks (HTML, JavaScript, APIs)
  • Ability to lead technical conversations and troubleshoot independently
  • Executive presence with excellent communication and consultative relationship management skills
  • Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, or financial services is highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent is preferred
  • Prior customer-facing cybersecurity experience is a plus
