What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide customers during onboarding and throughout the subscription lifecycle
- Create joint success plans to meet customer goals and security requirements

- Develop partnerships with customer stakeholders and escalate risks to achieve client success
- Deliver quarterly executive business reviews to promote platform usage and identify new opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing customer success, account management, or strategic consulting
- Strong understanding of KPIs related to business outcomes in cybersecurity products
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical customers
- Experience using CSM and CRM tools; familiarity with Plan Hat is a plus
