Job summary

Pareto USA in Hampton, NJ is hiring a number of Customer Success Managers to grow their book of business as part of new teams. The CSM package includes a competitive salary of $55k, excellent OTE taking your earnings between $10k-15k in your first year, and excellent scope for progression to roles such as AE, AM, Team Lead and more!

Successful candidates will possess a natural flair for engaging with people, they'll employ a consultative approach with their customers as the face and mouthpiece

Responsibilities

• Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of the company, its marketplace, competitors and target client
• Undertake effective territory planning and preparation - determine when and which clients/prospects to visit to ensure opportunity is capitalised upon
• Regularly speak to prospects over the phone and travel to client sites in order to maintain relationships, overcome objections and educate them on the company's value proposition
• Implement marketing and category initiatives throughout your customer base
• Manage and monitor the performance of sales throughout your assigned territory
• Closely observe the company ethos when attending regional and national conferences, networking with existing clients in order to further business generation
