Title and Summary

Customer Success Manager, Dynamic Yield

Dynamic Yield by Mastercard is seeking a “dynamic” Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring client satisfaction with our sophisticated software. Our customers rely on understanding and utilizing Dynamic Yield products effectively, tailoring solutions to their needs. This role requires expertise in on-site optimization, digital execution, and data synthesis to help clients achieve their business goals.

Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and program management skills are essential. Success Managers act as the bridge between internal teams and client expectations. Creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills are vital for success in this role.

Role Responsibilities
  1. Help clients operationalize onsite testing and personalization, creating expert-level personalization strategies that exceed business goals.
  2. Promote adoption of the Dynamic Yield solution and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  3. Allocate appropriate resources internally and externally to meet or exceed project and customer expectations.
  4. Regularly review program status with clients via calls, presentations, or onsite meetings.
  5. Serve as the primary contact for clients and their personalization programs.
  6. Consult on product features, onboarding, and best practices.
  7. Translate the value of Dynamic Yield through data analysis and recommendations.
About You
  • 3-8 years of experience in digital consultation or analytics.
  • Experience with Fortune 1000 clients as a Customer Success Manager preferred.
  • B.A./B.S. in analytical, economic, or business disciplines.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, website conversion tactics, and strategies.
  • Experience with analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, A/B Testing tools.
  • Experience managing end-to-end testing processes.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce, CRO, and website personalization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and operate in ambiguous environments.
  • Empathy and a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Passion for customer success and business transformation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: $95,000 - $120,000

*Must be based hybrid in New York City*
