Job Description

Customer Success is about understanding customer outcomes and ensuring they experience maximum value. As a Customer Success Manager at Renaissance, you will support onboarding, nurturing, and renewal processes, managing district and school accounts to ensure successful platform implementation and student learning outcomes. You will drive adoption, retention, and expansion, build relationships, strategize with teams, and continuously educate yourself about Renaissance’s products and the educational landscape.

Location & Territory

Remote in CO, ND, SD, UT, WY, NV.

Ideal Candidate
  • Drive adoption, retention, and expansion by understanding customer needs and success criteria.
  • Build and leverage stakeholder relationships across districts.
  • Develop communication plans, monitor account health, and deliver quarterly reviews.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams throughout the customer journey.
  • Continuously learn about Renaissance products and the K-12 landscape.
  • Anticipate customer needs and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Strengthen relationships within accounts and across Renaissance.
  • Quickly incorporate new processes and systems.
  • Cultivate success stories from districts.
Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong relationship-building skills and trust development.
  • Ability to lead projects and influence others.
  • Proactive, action-oriented mindset.
  • Technical aptitude and eagerness to learn software.
  • Clear, professional communication skills.
  • Drive to exceed customer expectations.
  • Experience in Education and/or SaaS with large account management.
Additional Information

Roles are available at Associate, CSM, and Senior CSM levels based on experience. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions. Compensation ranges from $56,100 to $77,200 plus bonuses. Benefits include health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and more.
