What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively onboard hotels to respond to planner RFPs and maintain follow-ups

- Monitor customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3+ years of experience in SaaS customer success within a startup environment
- Must be comfortable communicating with customers via phone
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work a 12 PM to 9 PM EST shift
