What You'll Own

  • Transform proposal teams from chaos to clarity. Take a BD director who's never used AI and turn them into someone who generates first drafts in 15 minutes instead of starting with blank pages.
  • Run killer demos that make procurement professionals sit up and pay attention. Show them exactly how our AI builds compliance matrices, mines past performance, and writes to evaluation criteria.
  • Be the customer whisperer. When someone says "This doesn't work like we need it to," you figure out what they actually need and get it built.
  • Create adoption playbooks that work in the real world. Your government contracting background means you know the difference between features that sound cool and tools that actually help win contracts.

What You Bring

  • Battle-tested proposal experience. 5+ years writing or managing federal RFPs. You've lived through source selections, protests, and CPAR ratings. You know why past performance matters more than technical approach on some competitions.
  • Deep GovCon knowledge. You understand FAR requirements, can explain the difference between IDIQ and BPA contracts, and know why compliance matrices exist (even if you hate them).
  • Teaching instincts. You can explain complex processes to stressed-out proposal managers without making them feel stupid. Bonus points if you've trained junior staff.
  • Tech curiosity. You don't need to code, but you should get excited about tools that eliminate manual work. If you've ever automated something in Excel, you're our type of person.
  • Real talk communication. You can have honest conversations about what's working and what isn't. No corporate speak required.
