Lifesight is seeking a Customer Success Manager to be a trusted advisor to a portfolio of enterprise customers and help them achieve measurable business value from the Lifesight platform.
This strategic CSM role focuses on adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion. You will collaborate with Product, Marketing Science, Implementation, Data, and Sales teams to drive onboarding, ongoing engagement, and renewals.
Lifesight is looking for a Customer Success Manager to become a trusted advisor to a portfolio of enterprise customers and help them achieve measurable business value from the Lifesight platform.
This is a strategic Customer Success role focused on customer adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion. It is not a Marketing Science, statistical modelling, or new-business sales role.
We are looking for someone with experience managing enterprise customers, ideally within B2B SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, marketing analytics, digital media or related technology environments. Experience with Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), incrementality, attribution, or marketing measurement is an advantage.
The ideal candidate understands the broader digital marketing ecosystem, is comfortable working with senior marketing and business stakeholders, and can translate technology and analytical outputs into clear business value.
You'll work closely with Product, Marketing Science, Implementation, Data, Data Engineering, Sales and Commercial teams to guide customers through onboarding, adoption, ongoing engagement, business reviews, renewals and expansion.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, solving business problems, and helping marketers derive greater value from technology.
You don't need to be a Marketing Scientist or Data Scientist. You should be comfortable with data, willing to learn Lifesight's measurement capabilities, and able to explain complex technology and analytical outputs in clear business language.
Most importantly, you should have a strong Customer Success mindset, with a focus on customer adoption, value realization, retention, and long-term growth.
