Job Title: Client Success Manager

Salary: $65,000/year base salary + Bonus Opportunities = $120k - $140k OTE

Location: Remote

Travel: 3-5x/yr (covered)

Employment Status: Full-Time, 9am - 6pm EST; W2

Reports To: Ashley Kirkwood - Founder, Speak Your Way to Cash

Role Overview:

The Client Success Manager will be the primary driver of client success and satisfaction across the Speak Your Way To Cash Mastermind and Pitch Your Way To Cash Membership programs. This hands-on leadership role involves high-touch coaching, comprehensive program management, event planning, and consistent oversight of client progress to ensure maximum success and retention. You’ll own the client experience end-to-end—from onboarding to goal achievement—ensuring clients are engaged, achieving their objectives, and experiencing the full value of our programs.

You’ll also play a critical role in intensives and accelerator programs, adding strategic coaching support and overseeing program execution. This position requires a proactive leader ready to dive into strategic planning while executing day-to-day tasks that directly impact client satisfaction and retention.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, management, or a related field required

MBA preferred, though not required

Proven coaching experience required

Key Responsibilities:

Client Coaching & Success:

Conduct weekly follow-ups with clients across all Speak Your Way to Cash programs and accelerators—including, but not limited to, the Mastermind and Pitch Your Way To Cash Membership—to track progress toward their goals.

Facilitate monthly one-on-one coaching sessions for clients in intensive programs, such as the Mastermind, and lead group coaching sessions for other members, focusing on actionable strategies for success across all current and future programs.

Track client success metrics across all programs and accelerators, generating weekly reports on engagement, progress, and outcomes.

Develop and implement a scalable client success tracking system to measure key milestones, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement across both existing and new programs.

Oversee the program curriculum development for current and future programs, including but not limited to the Pitch Your Way To Cash Membership and the Mastermind program, including monthly calls, content uploads, and consistent engagement with members to ensure their success.

Collect and analyze client feedback to drive continuous curriculum improvement for both Mastermind and Membership programs, ensuring content remains relevant and high-impact.

Provide essential coaching support and oversee smooth execution of intensives and accelerator programs, focusing on client satisfaction and program excellence.

Event Planning & Execution:

Strategize, plan, and execute both live and virtual events for the brand and our programs, including workshops, launches, and in-person gatherings.

Attend live events to engage clients, provide coaching, and ensure a seamless and valuable experience for all attendees.

Speaking & Training:

As a key representative of Speak Your Way to Cash, the Client Success Leader will play an active role in promoting the company’s mission and services through both virtual and in-person speaking and training engagements. These engagements will include delivering sales training, facilitating workshops, and representing the company’s vision to both clients and non-clients.

Conduct sales training sessions for clients to empower them with actionable strategies and tools for success.

Lead speaking engagements that introduce potential clients to the mission and offerings of Speak Your Way to Cash, showcasing the value of our programs and initiatives.

Participate in company launches and deliver sales presentations on behalf of Speak Your Way to Cash; for any revenue generated through these presentations, you will earn a 10% of the cash collected from direct sales during that open/close cart period as a bonus on the next pay period after the closed cart.

Collaborate with the founder and team to align presentation content with the company’s brand, goals, and objectives, ensuring consistency in messaging and impact across all speaking engagements.

Collaborate closely with the founder and internal team to ensure seamless operation and delivery across all programs.

Lead and manage the execution of program deliverables, maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction and retention.

Serve as the go-to for both clients and the internal team for any program-related needs, fostering a supportive and efficient team environment.

This role offers an annual performance-based bonus based on the following:

Client Retention: Achieving and maintaining high retention rates in both the Mastermind and Membership programs, with specific goals set with management. (70% - 80% - 85%)

Client Enrollment: Supporting enrollment efforts during program launches and live events, with bonuses tied to new enrollments and client renewals. (50 members - 100 members - 150 members )

Client Success: Ensuring clients reach measurable outcomes, with bonuses tied to key client achievements (e.g., revenue milestones, securing contracts). (50% Testimonials, 60% Testimonials, 80% Testimonials)

Bonus Structure:

A performance-based bonus of 5-15% of your salary, based on metrics for client retention, enrollment, and success. Specific goals will be outlined during the first 90 days.

What Success Looks Like Daily, Weekly, and Monthly:

Daily:

Engage with clients via email and coaching calls.

Monitor client progress, addressing outstanding issues.

Ensure team execution on content uploads and program deliverables.

Lead both individual and group coaching sessions.

Track and report on key client success metrics.

Collaborate on curriculum improvements and event planning with the team.

Monthly:

Host high-impact coaching sessions with Mastermind and Membership clients.

Share strategic insights and updates on program outcomes.

Coordinate and execute live or virtual events, including intensives and accelerator programs.

Ideal Candidate:

A proactive leader with proven experience in client success, coaching, and program management.

Skilled in both leadership and execution, comfortable with hands-on work and guiding others.

Experienced in curriculum development, event planning, and client enrollment.

Dedicated to ensuring client success and capable of fostering measurable client outcomes.
