Responsibilities

  • Perform and track customer implementations, ensuring smooth onboarding and practice data connections to the Glide Health platform.
  • Coordinate communication with clients and internal teams to support timely delivery and deployment.
  • Analyze data, manage reports, and deliver ongoing training to clients on platform features and best practices.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of practices, monitor data feeds, and reconnect practices as needed.
  • Implement and support applications and hardware, including network, server, and software upgrades.
  • Provide technical support during installation, calibration, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation processes.
  • Assist with analytics and create assessments to support quarterly business reviews.
  • Deliver comprehensive training programs for practice staff on Glide Health functionalities.
  • Support revenue cycle system configurations, including procedure codes, insurance files, and fee schedules.
  • Diagnose and resolve product-related issues, guiding clients on features, configurations, and implementation options.
  • Gather customer feedback and update training materials to enhance product usability and client satisfaction.
  • Respond proactively to changes in payer guidelines, reimbursement trends, and related data needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient and financial information, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Undertake special projects as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.

About The Role

The Account Manager at McKesson plays a pivotal role in implementing the Glide Health product, working closely with the Sales Manager and product teams to ensure seamless deployment and adoption. This position serves as a key technical resource during the implementation phase, overseeing the successful setup, testing, and customization of the platform before and during go-live. The role involves direct interaction with clients to ensure their needs are met, providing ongoing support, training, and troubleshooting to maximize product value.

The Account Manager is responsible for establishing high levels of customer satisfaction through effective installation, service, and maintenance of complex healthcare systems. They act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, managing operational quality, instructing users on system operation and maintenance, and addressing administrative and technical inquiries. Additionally, this role encompasses recordkeeping, trend analysis, and reporting related to the Glide Health product, ensuring continuous improvement and client success.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of four years of relevant experience in healthcare IT, project management, or software implementation. Critical skills include experience managing healthcare IT projects, familiarity with claims and remit processing, and a strong understanding of revenue cycle management systems. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle high-pressure situations effectively. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential, along with a customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.

The pay range for this position is between $84,700 and $141,100, with additional incentives such as annual bonuses or long-term incentives available.
