We’re Hiring a Remote Customer Success Manager. If you’re someone who loves helping others succeed, enjoys building smooth onboarding experiences, and knows how to make software feel approachable, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

Create Onboarding Journeys

• Design smart, step-by-step onboarding plans that meet each customer where they are
• Set the tone for a successful relationship from day one

Manage the Experience

• Guide customers through onboarding and ensure they’re getting value fast
• Be a trusted partner who’s always one step ahead of their needs

Train & Support

• Teach customers how to use our platform with confidence
• Run live training sessions and offer hands-on guidance

Build Educational Resources

• Create helpful guides, videos, and content to support adoption
• Empower users to explore more features and grow their usage

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have 5+ years in Customer Success, SaaS onboarding, or account management
• Communicate clearly and enjoy helping people solve problems
• Love organizing processes and improving customer experiences
• Are based in the South America and available to work U.S. business hours
• Bonus: You’re handy with Loom, Notion, Canva, or similar tools
