What You’ll Do:

• Be the go-to expert for coding workflows and best practices
• Drive growth through upselling and cross-selling
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and feedback sessions with clients
• Base Salary: $100k+ (flexible for top talent)
• Total Comp: $175k - $200K

What You Need:

• Medical Coding Pro: 4+ years in a hospital or clinic setting.
