Ocean Friends, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the customer experience from onboarding through ongoing success.
You’ll work directly with customers to implement and learn the Ocean Friends platform, train users, drive product adoption, answer questions, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure customers derive real value from the technology. This is not just account management; you’ll shape how the Customer Success function evolves as Ocean Friends grows.
Ocean Friends is a growing technology company developing an innovative platform designed to support pediatric therapy practices. We’re building technology that helps customers manage their operations more effectively while making a meaningful impact in pediatric care. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for people who want to take ownership, solve problems, and help shape how we serve our customers.
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the customer experience from onboarding through ongoing success. You’ll work directly with customers to implement and learn the Ocean Friends platform, train users, drive product adoption, answer questions, troubleshoot challenges, and make sure customers are getting real value from the technology.
This is not a role for someone who simply wants to manage a list of accounts. We’re looking for someone who enjoys understanding how technology works, solving customer problems, and taking ownership from start to finish.
Because Ocean Friends is growing quickly, you’ll also have the opportunity to help improve processes and influence how the Customer Success function develops over time.
