About the roleAs Ogury continues to grow our footprint in the U.S., we're excited to welcome a Customer Success Manager to our dynamic and collaborative team.

This role will play a critical part in driving client satisfaction, campaign success, and long-term retention across our East Coast agency and brand partners.

In this client-facing role, you'll be the hub of campaign activity-working cross-functionally with our Sales and AdOps, teams to ensure we're delivering industry-leading campaign performance with a service experience to match. From strategic consultation and onboarding to reporting and renewals, you'll oversee every step of the campaign lifecycle with precision, creativity, and ownership.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and showcasing the power of data-driven insights.

Reporting into our Senior Director of Customer Success, this is a hybrid position based out of our New York City office. We value in-person collaboration and encourage our team to join us in-office at least two days per week.

What you will be doing

  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships-you'll be their trusted partner and go-to expert
  • Manage the full campaign lifecycle, including setup, activation, optimization, and post-campaign analysis and presentations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your agency patch, taking ownership of all campaign activity, troubleshooting, and communication
  • Stay informed and up-to-date on Ogury's solutions and the evolving digital advertising landscape-you'll be a key knowledge expert for your clients
  • Provide strategic counsel to clients by understanding their goals and KPIs, and recommending data-driven, creative campaign strategies tailored to their needs
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, collaborating closely with Sales to drive retention and revenue expansion
  • Deliver outstanding client service that not only drives results but also unlocks incremental revenue through upselling Ogury products and solutions
  • Represent Ogury as a thought leader at industry events and in client-facing social environments, strengthening relationships and expanding influence
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution, strong results, and an exceptional customer experience
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks in campaign briefs and set-up to ensure flawless campaign delivery
  • Utilize Ogury's proprietary insights tools to surface key learnings and industry-leading recommendations throughout the campaign journey

  • Hands-on experience in mobile and programmatic advertising

  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills, even under tight deadlines
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Passion for analytics and data, with the ability to turn insights into compelling stories and recommendations
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a drive for innovation
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace
  • Confidence and credibility as a first point of contact for both clients and internal stakeholders
  • A self-motivated attitude with a hunger to grow your agency patch and contribute to team success

In compliance with the US State based Pay Transparency Acts, we strive to provide this same visibility towards compensation for all of our teams, globally.

The salary for the Customer Success Manager role is: $75,000 - $85,000 USD annually, in addition to annual variable compensation, dependent upon relevant experience and location.Applications will close on May 30, 2025.
