The Opportunity

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at OneClick Data, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes and maximize the value they derive from our software solutions. You will be responsible for cultivating and overseeing relationships with our P&C insurance clients, with a particular emphasis on individuals experienced in Claims insurance.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with P&C insurance clients, becoming a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
  • Understand customer expectations, needs, and objectives and collaborate with internal teams to ensure they are met.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue growth targets, carrying a quota for revenue generation.
  • Onboard new customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our software while identifying areas of improvement.
  • Drive product adoption and customer retention by providing ongoing support and training to customers.
  • Proactively identify and address customer concerns, issues, or challenges and work to resolve them promptly.
  • Develop, implement, and drive the adoption of process improvements across diverse operational environments. Identify inefficiencies, design strategic process enhancements, and lead cross-functional teams through effective change management to ensure seamless integration and sustained adoption.
  • Analyze customer usage data to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
  • Partner with the product team to understand customer needs and influence the direction of the product.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account activities in our CRM system.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, with a proven track record of successfully upselling product features.
  • Demonstrated experience of access to high-ranking professionals in the Property & Casualty (P&C) industry, with preference given to those with Property Claims expertise.
  • Has a track record of exceeding revenue targets and carrying a quota.
  • Proven record of process change development and adoption.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer issues effectively.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for customer success.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Google Products.

Compensation: Salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000, based on experience. This position will also provide an incentive commission plan.

Benefits: Unlimited PTO. Currently, a reimbursement program to offset medical expenses; health benefits starting July 1st.
